Mr. Kimmel is the President of Kimmel, Carter, Roman & Peltz, P.A. He has tried in excess of 100 jury trials and has argued numerous cases before the Delaware Supreme Court and other Courts of Appeals. Mr. Kimmel has tried cases in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. He is a trained mediator and has mediated numerous disputes. He has been an arbitrator in more than 100 cases. He serves as President and Trustee of the Kimmel-Spiller Charitable Foundation. He is Legal Counsel to the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware and a Member of the Board of Directors of Cancer Care Connection. He is the Chairman of the Delaware High School Blue-Gold Basketball Board of Trustees.
