Jonathan B. O’Neill is a Member in the Newark office of Kimmel, Carter, Roman & Peltz, P.A., a Delaware personal injury and workers’ compensation firm. Mr. O’Neill primarily focuses on automobile accident liability, premises liability, negligence, workers’ compensation, and insurance law.

As an experienced Delaware attorney, Mr. O’Neill is dedicated to representing people who were seriously injured while on the job or as a result of an accident. Mr. O’Neill received his B.A. from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware, the State of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts of both Delaware and New Jersey. Mr. O’Neill serves as a board member for the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and he is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for the State of Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.
